PRIVATE PATIENT
No referral required.
We can process your payment using HICAPS if you have private health insurance cover for physio. EFTPOS is also available.
Concession rates are available for concession card holders, including pensioners and students. Longer term rehabilitation programs post-surgery also have discounted session fees.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS
MEDICARE
We do accept care plans at Birtinya Physiotherapy. Your GP may be able to provide you with up to five Medicare subsidised sessions of physiotherapy. We treat all patients equally and devote the same time, effort and expertise to all of our valued clients. Therefore there is a co payment fee per session.
DVA – DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN AFFAIRS
A D904 referral is required for Ex Service personnel who have either a Gold or White Card.
WORK COVER
Work related injuries can be covered under your employer’s workers compensation insurance. You will need a current Work Capacity Certificate from your GP or Specialist.
HOME CARE PACKAGES
If you have been assessed by My Aged Care and have an approval for funding your plan manager can refer you to Birtinya Physiotherapy for either in clinic sessions or treatment in your home. Accounts are sent directly to you plan manager
NDIS
We can provide physiotherapy for self-managed and plan managed NDIS clients. Your plan manager can refer you to Birtinya Physiotherapy for either in clinic sessions or treatment in your home. Accounts are sent directly to your plan manager.
